    Rye and Date Stout

    This is after 2 weeks in the bottle, It wasn't quite conditioned enough, it needed a bit more time to mellow. Just had another one after an extra week and it's starting to taste really good - malty, spicy and with notes of red berries. The dates come through on the nose but not on the taste...
