OK so I just lobbed in the pellets .. Got a nice green top on the surface has been in for about 4 days now .. Smells nice .. However just pulled a sample off the bottom tap and there's bits everywhere :( .. Whats.the best method to deal with this ? Cheers
I've been reading about dry hopping and planning to add 40g of citra hops once my pale ale FG has been reached. My question is do I just lob them on top (and stir? Or not ?) Or should they be placed in some sort of bag (muslin?) Do the hops break down and sink to the bottom otherwise ?
