    Adding adjuncts to secondary is scary

    Im making an Apricot Saison with apricot puree added after primary fermentation. Last night a took the FG and a taste before i racked it on top of the puree. To my tastes it was about as perfect as you could get for a saison I almost didn't want to add the fruit. Sure how it doesn't let me down...

    Summer Style that will age well?

    Well with being on a diet (down 46lbs) ive been drinking a lot less, but im getting an itch to brew. I more then enough beer on tap/waiting in kegs to last me the winter. Looking for a good summer beer that will do well aging until then. Any thoughts?

    Why did i ever try Mosaic

    Should of never even tried them. Just kegged my first IPA with Mosaic along with Amarillo and my god am I in love with that hop. I bought a pound because its hard to get but I can already tell it wont be nearly enough.

    Water and efficiency

    Ive only used RO water with a calcium chloride added and get around 70% eff. This last brew i used 50/50 RO and tap that i put the water report into ez water and added some salts and got 80% eff. Question is does water have that much of an effect on eff or was it some other fluke?

    So for Christmas my in-laws misheard me and got me the plastic version and not the glass. I was planning on using it for aging sours. Could i use the plastic one or is that a bad idea?

    Back sweetening with concentrate and clarity question

    If i back sweeten with apple concentrate will that screw with my clarity? Right now its crystal clear. FYI im going to kill yeast and keg if that matters.

    Question on temp for saison yeast

    So question is if you want to ferment at lets say 80 do i set my temp control to 80 or do i let it rise until it stops and then turn the temp control on?

    Question on Pre-boil volume

    When draining from the mash ton should i stop collecting wort once i reach pre-boil volume or should i collect it all and then boil longer to boil off the extra.

    Efficency question
