I would try 85% 2-row, 10% c-40 and 5% carapils for an OG of 1.052. Mash at 152. Warrior for bittering, cascade and motueka for flavor and aroma additions. Motueka for dry hop. Aiming for around 45 IBU. Use WLP001 cal ale yeast FG around 1.008-1.012.
