I'd love to get a job in a brewery, and I have friends who'd love to too. I understand it's 99% cleaning and 1% hot gas, and I'm perfectly fine with that. Is there any book/resource on breweries/brewery work I should check out?
I know there's great books people recommend here often, but they only scratch the surface of the history of brewing. Is there a good, go-to book on the history of brewing I should get?
