    Used my new 10gal pot to do a full boil extract American Light from Brewers Best. Took a hour to get too full boil but found out I can turn up the heat more too late, came out good.     Well it was yesterday, but put my last batch in the keg for the first time. No more bottles for me. Today I drilled the fridge for the shank and handle. Should be drinking in a day or so.

    Checked the gravity of my first brew ( Red Ale ) that had been in the bucket for 2 weeks today. It is a brewers best kit and it says to have a FG around 1.011 -1.015. It was at 1.016. Going to leave it for for a few more days then bottle next Friday. Sent from my iPad using Home Brew

    For New Brewers Wanting Practice
