    Clark's Apple Cherry Cider

If you want to get the cherry flavor, skip the cherry juice and rack onto about 1-1.5# cherries per gallon in the secondary and let it go for about 2 weeks. You'll lose some liquid when you rack, but to me it's worth it. I use sour cherries and back sweeten a little (or a lot for my wife)...

    Bitter...what did I do wrong?

I've got Black Dog Ale in my keg carbonating that seems too bitter for hops I used--I've been told to have some patience as beer is still green

    Critique my Peach-Ginger Wheat (AG)

I just used some S-33 in simple dme & corn sugar brew, racked onto sour cherries a week ago--even as young as it is, still quite good--will need some back sweeting and force carbonating, but very happy so far

    Another Nuub w/ a question

yep--tore the keg down to clean after that apple juice--I'm guessing that with the beer gun hooked up at 40psi, as it was hissing out into the drain (and floor and counter and cabinets) that I lost more than I thought--thanks

    Another Nuub w/ a question

Greetings from North Central MN--just started the Closet Brewery (only place allowed for all necessary equipment--at least she let me get this far) I did a test run w/ my corny kegs w/ some apple juice for my girls. Put a gallon of juice in the keg, put pressure up to 40psi, and shook on and...
