Hi, I'm new to homebrewing and recently made 3 different types of beer using a Mr. Beer kit. I allowed them 2 weeks in the fermentor and then several more in the bottles. I have since tried and it it doesnt seem very strong, and after taking a hyrometer reading which came out to be at the mark...
