    Hard Lemonade

    Hi, I'm relatively new to brewing. I've just put together my first hard lemonade, fermenting away now. I used: 1 Colony West Lemonade Kit Plus I added, the recommended 1kg caster sugar, and also the juice and zest of 10 lemons, 4 limes, and 5 oranges. Smells great bubbling away gently...
