    Sold 7 Gallon Unitank

As the title says, a 7-gallon SSBrewtech Unitank, FTSS heating and cooling system, spunding valve, and leg extensions. Nothing wrong with it at all, just not using it as much as I thought would. All together, I have around $1350 in it, looking to get $900 OBO. Shipping is doable as I still have...

Mark, Not that I've found. There is a store in Hope Mills, Grapes and Hops, that has some brew supplies. I mostly order from Atlantic Brew Supply in Raleigh. They are excellent !!

I did use a weldless TC port, the one from Bobby at BrewHardware.com. I have a carbide hole saw I got there as well. Clean, fast cutting, and easy to use.

So it’s a little heavier than stock obviously, but nothing outrageous. I still can hang it on the pot handle. I don’t think I’d change where it was mounted if I were to do it again, I am getting the short spool to bring the tee a little further off the lid.

I use mason jars with a vacuum lid adapter, suck out the air and seal it then into the freezer.

Bobby, do you carry the short spool between the elbow and the tee?

    Steam Slayer mounted in lid.

I know, right! It does bother me some, but the end result is all that matters. Besides, I turned it toward to rear of the kettle so it's less noticeable.

Well it’s working. I’m at 50% power, down from 72%. No steam leaks, water draining well.

    Steam Slayer mounted in lid.

I’m looking at mounting my Steam Slayer in the lid of my SSBrewtech 20 gallon kettle. When measuring, I find a slight down hill slope (towards the tee). Is this ok or do I need it closer to level?
