    So far cleaned some brew gear. Bent my wort chiller back into working order. Cleaning a keg atm going to keg yoopers oatmeal stout.

    5.5 gallon yooper oatmeal stout that's mine and I also have 5.5 gallons of a dipa and 5 gallons of IPA I helped my buddy's brew and they left to ferment at my house

    I already have a single tap set up but I still want to bottle beers that do well with some age.

    How much are your auto siphons? Because for what you have paid in those you could have already purchased a bottling bucket.

    That's a good sounding set up you have there but I'm looking to avoid legging these beers just traditional bottling. I do like the idea of a work bench and a good bench top capper.

    I currently keg but as it stands I only have one tap and one keg. I do have plans to add two more taps in the future but I also want to start bottling again. I plan to start building a stock pile of big stouts, barley wines ect. I also want to start diving into sours as well.

    Started brewing earlier in the day.... It was great!

    My last brew say I had mashed in by 9 am it was by far the smoothest brew day I had ever experienced. I drank coffee up until mash in and the. Hit the sauce and I still managed to not flock anything up. I took very good notes and somehow managed to hit 81 % efficiency I'm hoping to get similar...

    One of those "use what I have left" brew days

    Just curious why the 2 lbs of table sugar won't help with the meltiness won't it dry it out a good bit?

    That's a pretty sweet set up man I'm Hoping to set something up like that in a few months. Only difference is that I'll be turning my current ferm chamber chest freezer into my glycol reserve.

    Ooooh yeah it's gonna be a chore getting rid of those grains. I may just go out to the farthest part of the back yard and dig a hole and burry those suckers.
