Just finished my last bottle of lemon ginger IPA. It was hopped with Simcoe. May have to do another batch but can't locate my notes. I'll figure it out and do it again though, seeing how first go was good.
Have a RIS planned. Splitting up the malt from the specialty grains. Going to do a second or third beer from the second runnings... We'll see where that goes
My crazy idea one night was to somehow make a waterfall like Willy Wonka has for chocolate. Wonder if I'll ever make that much??? As long as you have sanitary conditions, should be good. Right?
Been doing half batches and small batches in hopes of brewing more often this year. Right now fermenting is:
2.5 gal Pilsner
2.5 gal Wit
1 gal of what I am calling a Sour Wit
