Well all that and brewing talk with the best home brewers in the country as well as some of the best craft brewers. You can skip the guy talk if you're that offended by it but it's pretty much the best media outlet for brewing there is.

The lid is easily removable. Take it off and replace it with a piece of foam insulation with a hole cut in it. It works well.
