    American Wheat Beer Citrus Weizen

    I just Brewed this Citrus Weizen on St. Patty's Day and I think it's gonna come out very nice. I had to put a blow tube on my pale after about 12 hours and 24 hours after that it's gurgling away. Just a quick question though. Did you rack to a secondary or just go straight to bottle?

    Should I pull out the orange and lemon zest before the primary or leave it in thoughout fermentation? I don't want the lemon to overpower everything.

    I brewed my second batch ever last Sunday the 23rd. It's a Red Ale that I was hoping would be ready by St. Paddy's day. My question is: After a week in the Primary could I bottle condition for two weeks or should I put it in a secondary for a week and then bottle? Is a week in the bottle...

    Just picked up a 12 of Sam Adams Brewer's Selection for 15.36 w/ tax. Not too bad but Homebrewing is more fun.

    Brewers Best Kits

    I've just brewed a BB Red Ale that is in the primary so I have a few weeks to see how that will turn out. I'm probably going to do a couple more BB kits to get the process down. What's my next progression after that? The goal is to brew from scratch and create recipes of my own.
