    Secondary fermenter (carboy) not full enough

    Hey, I just racked a hard apple cider, made from pasteurized cider and Nottingham yeast, to a secondary carboy. It isn't quite full. I guess we didn't start with enough. See picture attached. I don't want it to oxidize, so am looking for advice on what to do now. I though about filling it up...
