    Saison Cottage House Saison

Has anyone tried wlp644 with this batch? I'm not too familiar with saison strains, but that's what I have on hand so far.

American Pale Ale Three Floyds Zombie Dust Clone

I would recommend throwing in 4 to 5 more pounds of 2 row with a couple packets of S-04. This the best brew I've made yet, next to the LH milk sout clone.

American Pale Ale Three Floyds Zombie Dust Clone

Has anyone ever brewed this using an entire pound of citra pellets? If so, how'd it turn out?

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

Just bottled at 1.018. This brew tastes wonderful.. Even better than the original without carbonation. If I only I had a nitro tap!

Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

Just pitched a couple packs of safale 05. I added nearly the whole oz of magnum initially. OG came in at 1.060 with 4.5 gallons post boil. I also added a few more oz of each grain. I'm stoked for this stout!

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

2/3 cup table sugar was perfect IMHO.

It's so fine, it's all mine.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I split my batch, both with notty, and just popped open a couple of bottles. I am very impressed. This will hopefully be a hit at the hog roast I'm going to this weekend. Yet another great recipe BM!

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

Just bottled this fantastic brew. Gotta love 8.9%! I was quite surprised, as I used safale 04 with no swamp cooler ranging from 68 to 74 degrees over 6 weeks. I maxed out my temp strip during the first 3 days fermentation. It seemed to mellow out very well. It tasted just like dfh punkin...

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

Should I use 2/3 cup table sugar to prime a 5 gallon batch of bottles?

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I could only get a hold of 2oz of cascade. How should I adjust my hop additions to be less tart and bitter?

    Autumn Seasonal Beer Punkin' Ale

My picture won't upload, but I just took an OG of 1.084. I hope this bad boy doesn't dry out too much. Great tasting wort. Pitching two packets of 04 at 70 F. Blowoff tube forsure on this one.

    Caramel Apple Hard Cider

I pasteurized in 4 days. Girls want to buy all of this fully backsweetened batch barely carbed up. I can't wait to see the difference with modified recipe fully carbed as my second cider batch. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Home Brew mobile app

    Caramel Apple Hard Cider

Im wondering this as well for my first batch and then rack to another 5 gal carboy as well. I figure the notty won't require a blow off if I leave 6 inches. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Home Brew mobile app
