    hmm infected beer, not the usual question though.

    I thought about that it could be something in the keg. but I did some more tests, this time on pure hops, pellets and cones and re-tested the beer. both the hops were positive for EB and Basillus cereus but the beer was now clean. So the beer seems to have killed the bacteria but im pretty sure...

    Alternative Sugar Beer White House Honey Ale: 2nd Place, 2013 Chicago Cup

    Was looking for a clone for Honey dew for my girlfriend and found this, I didnt have all the malt types and brewed with cara ruby 50 instead of the crystal. Opened one bottle after one week and darn I like it. To bad I have to wait another week for better carbonation. Thx for the reciepe.
