    First kettle sour, is this normal?

    Ive done normal room temp sours but this is the first time ive had a temp control on my brew. i pitched lacto deurki or whatever its called and been holding it at 90f for 3 days and this pellicle looks wacky. thoughts?

    Repitching slurry.

    So Mr malty says that if you go directly from fermenter to a new batch of beer you need roughly 100-200ml of slurry. Now i did this on my last batch and pitched about 800ml of slurry into my new batch and it fermented like a pissed off dragon. Did i hurt that batch by over pitching?

    Finished kegerator.

    finally finished her off tonight. turned out pretty good for a first try. i made the drip tray aswell.

    travelling with a keg question

    Ive never kegged before but i think i can pull it off. First the keg will be travelling like 3 hours bumping around. my main question is, do i still put pressure on it a week before travelling or wait and add pressure before the bumpy road hits it?

    after 5 brews and i burn the extract. who else has done this? so i dont feel like a complete tard :ban:
