    Hi from Columbus, OH!

There are a few shops in the Columbus area. I frequent Buckeye Brewshop in uptown Westerville. There is also Gentiles on King ave in Grandview. I believe there is at least one more, but I can't recall the name.

BITA - Beer Is The Answer

@Vamptrump Check out the documentary How Beer Saved the World. It used to be on Netflix, but I think it was removed.

I used to get these when I was younger right when my mom got diagnosed with diabetes and switched to diet coke. The whole house started drinking diet along with her thinking nothing of it. Does US-05 give anyone else a weird krausen?

Too much Black Malt in Milk Stout

Too much Black Malt in Milk Stout

Thanks for the feedback on the recipe. I may just skip the black malt all-together next time I brew this one.

Too much Black Malt in Milk Stout

I added all the malts together in a container prior to mashing in. I measure out and combine all the malts before the mash, but this time I dumped the whole pound of black malt into the bucket before measuring it. One of those things were I was gabbing each malt, weighed and then added to the...
