    PicoPaks - REUSABLE?

Yeah I can rack it to a 1.75G ball lock keg and serve from the keezer. Maybe I'll just ignore their serving keg then.

    PicoPaks - REUSABLE?

I brewed my first batch on my brand new Pico C last night via "manual brew". Brewed biermuncher's centennial blonde recipe. Went smoothly. Followed the pico guide and am letting it sit and will pitch tonight. Debating whether to give their serving vessel a shot once or just rack it to a proper...

    CO2 tank not dispensing

It's a two keg setup. I'll try the starsan spray bottle method first... though was inconclusive the first time I did it. The tub method might help me here. Cheers!

    CO2 tank not dispensing

Nope nothing. Guess it really is empty and it really is just a leak (which wasn't a surprise), it just really did feel full. On to try and find the dang leak now. Thanks! It's just strange to me that a full tank vs an empty take would differ in 1.5-2 lbs if they hold 5lbs of co2.

    CO2 tank not dispensing

Hello, I've got an issue where I'm 99% sure my tank isn't empty yet no CO2 is coming out of it. I got a new fresh tank (both 5 pound tanks) and the difference in weight between them is maybe 1.5-2 pounds which tells me there definitely should be some left in there. I also probably have a...

    Bru'n Water help

Thanks!! Plugging in 0.86 grams/gal of gypsum gives me a 150 PPM sulfate and bumps my calcium up to 68 ppm. For a very hoppy IPA do you think that would suffice? Would it help to add 0.3 g/gal of chalk to bump up my calcium to 100 PPM? It looks like I could then add a very nominal amount of...

    Bru'n Water help

Is it? Good! Now to figure out how to adjust it not spike other things too high! From what I understand for some of the IPA recipes I've looked at call for 100-150 ppm calcium.

    Bru'n Water help

Hi, I just recently got a water analysis report and downloaded Bru'n water for the first time. Totally new to water adjustments. I was playing around with the Bru'n water excel file and had a question. I've entered all of my info from the water report tab #1, which included a water ph of...

3 FLoyds Zombie Dust attempt. Help/info requested

Ha. I don't know. It's just plenty mango-y enough... I'm just thinking that an additional 3/4 oz for just one gallon (like adding an extra 3.5 oz to a 5 gallon) might be crazy. Hopefully I'm wrong!

3 FLoyds Zombie Dust attempt. Help/info requested

Going to San Diego - brewpubs?

Stone and Green Flash breweries are both phenomenal places to visit and hit the tap rooms. Also, I would recommend eating a meal at Stone. Their food is absolutely amazing.

American Pale Ale 15 Minute Cascade Pale Ale

I'm going to try something similar as well. Doing a 2.5G batch with Centennial rather than Cascade. So I'm looking at this right now because I have all the below on hand: 3 lbs Light DME 1/2 lb C40 3/4oz Centennial (10%) - 15 mintues 1/2oz Centennial (10%) - 5 minutes 1/4oz Centennial...
