    Thanks! This beer is complete and I used about 5 pounds of strawberries. I agree with you and wished I had used more strawberries. The beer is still good with the strawberries just being a after taste.

    Kegging into a Growler

    Basically what everyone else is saying. I just use a racking cane attached to a picnic tap with a stopper on top to make a seal with the bottle. Just burp it as you fill at a low psi and it works great!

    I just brewed a basic red ale extract kit from my lhbs and was thinking about adding fruit in a secondary. It seems from reading on here that people use raspberries for this style but I was thinking of adding strawberries instead. Just curious if anyone has done this and if it turned out good...

    I have been using a wet towel wrapped around my bucket to help maintain a cool temperature and I noticed the other day there was a small amount of mold that had grown in some of the grooves on top of the lid. I don't see how it could have affected the inside because it's air tight but has anyone...
