    I was wondering if those big 5 gallon water bottles could be used for fermentation instead of a glass carboy. If they could, I would just buy those and use the water for the beer and then save the bottles for extra carboys. The only thing I am wondering is if they get scratched easily inside...

    Temperature for Lagers

    Any good building plans for kegerator?

    Irish Cream Stout

    I found a recipe that is called Irish Cream Stout and was wondering if anyone has tried anything like it and how it came out. It says that you add Irish cream extract and rum extract. It sounds like it would be tasty but I'm not sure. Let me know what you guys think.

    What is the easiest way to make a wort chiller?

    I have been just sitting the pot in a bath of cold water but I think it takes too long and doesn't do as good of a job as a wort chiler would do. Can I make one using copper tubing or is there another material I should use? Any help would be appreciated.

    Airlock Bubbling Stopped after 2 days
