    Picnic tap vs regular tap

    Kegging for the first time and plan to serve with picnic taps. The local HBS sold me 3' and told me to use a serving pressure of 2-5psi. Does this sound correct?

    Sanitation Hazard?

    Thanks for info! I did clean and re sanitize the lid and airlock this morning before work...hopefully I didn't have another 'splosion today! It's a wheat beer..which I read, those particular strains of yeast produce a LOT of CO2!
