I am now three weeks out and my gravity is at 1.034. It's a little better but not great. I am thinking and letting it sit another week and bottling. I had to add some more mint it still doesn't have a taste of it at all and since I'm sticking with fresh mint it's more of an experiment. Sent...

    Fit Bit Brewing

The one benefit I have seen with these things is it tracks your sleep. If it's accurate or not I don't know, but with a little research you can really improve quality sleep. Sorry off topic.. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

I have done a few extract kits but wanted more control over taste color and well just to stop spending so much on those damn kits. I tried my hand at a Chocolate Stout, but wanted to ad a twist. So I added Fresh Mint to the boil. (OK so the SWMBO came up with the twist haha :off:) The guy...

Other states saturated with low quality micros?

Abandon brewery just put on their Facebook that they put up Lexan in the barn to keep the heat in. So no one needs to freeze there again. Can't wait to get back up to that place. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    Venison Jerky

I just doubled the lime recipe. And will marinade for 48 hours to hopefully get a good flavor. I like the sounds of the habanero honey jerky. That's next on my list. Wish hunting season was still on. I'll have to settle for store bough beef haha. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew
