    So I just brewed about 4 days ago. 13 lbs 2 row 1 lbs caramel 60 1 lb flaked oats 1 oz simcoe at 60 1 oz azacca at 30 1 oz azacca at 10 what if any dry hops would compliment ?

    dry hopping

    Hey guys, have a dry hop question. I did a pliny the elder extract and its going on day 4 in primary. Dry hop directions say 5-7 day. What does this mean ? Do I add hops and split between 5 to 7 days ? Should I move to secondary ? Thanks Bri

    How does it look ?

    Hey guys, first post here. Just working on my first batch. I let it ferment for 7 days as it started pretty late. Now I'll be reading the gravity for the next 3 days to see if it's done. So how does it look ? Its an IPA.
