    Hi all, Please help calm a newbie's mind. Have had my first all grain in the fermenter (temp controlled at 18C) for 11 days.     Pre-made heat stick

    Thought you all might find this interesting. Went to the local hardware store here in South Africa looking for parts to build a heat stick, and I found this little guy! 2kw 'mini geyser'. Drop it in some water and go. Yes it scares me to death that you literally drop the whole thing into the water.
