I recently bought some turbo yeast, and I was amazed by how much you need per batch. Is there some way you can help the yeast propagate, so that you need less of it?
Is there a general rule of thumb to determine vinegar acidity based on the alcohol percentage? I understand there are many variables; I'm looking for something as a starting point.
Can somebody recommend a really simple recipe for grain alcohol that I can then turn into white vinegar? Is there something I can do with water and sugar?
