I like to add flavored green tea. Aci-berry green tea is awesome, as is the Blueberry green tea.

Agreed, just drink it sooner. Every batch I've made has turned very acidic given enough time. The best use of extra acidic Kombucha is salad dressing. I have actually used a SCOBY from Kombucha several times to make vinegar from juice wine and malt vinegar. It works very well.

Me too. I was clean shaven once when my dad died in 2004, and once when I was drunk and shaving in 2001, but other than those two days.... 1996 was the last time sun saw my chin! ,
