Agreed, just drink it sooner. Every batch I've made has turned very acidic given enough time. The best use of extra acidic Kombucha is salad dressing.
I have actually used a SCOBY from Kombucha several times to make vinegar from juice wine and malt vinegar. It works very well.
Me too. I was clean shaven once when my dad died in 2004, and once when I was drunk and shaving in 2001, but other than those two days.... 1996 was the last time sun saw my chin! ,
