How much of the pot is scorched on the bottom?? I did four full boils on the electric stove (shot me if i ever do that again) this weekend and had no problem with scorching. I would bring 4 gallons of water up to 155 add grains then add extremely hot water to bring it to 5ish, remove the pot...

Ok i was putting a rubber stopper on my carboy and im not sure how, but it fell into the beer. It was sanitized, but the question is, will the rubber impart a terrible flavor on my beer or should i transfer the new beer into a just emptied carboy and fish out the stopper?? im really at a...

or you could be like me and hook your co2 tank up to the out side crank the pressure up to 35 and back it down to 10 a day later. Guess what when you back down the pressure the excess has to go somewhere and it goes into the gas line. the beer hit my regulator and i just said F#*(. Live and learn

personally, i feel that the left side bar is way to big. It leaves the middle text just kinda hanging, to me it looks a bit awkward. Shrink the size of the bar a little and i think it would look great. Other then that one minor comment, look great.

It really is a good beer. Its not about being cost effective. Its about getting a beer that is not pasteurized with no preservatives that is extremely light and tastes great on ICE. Its one of those beers that you could drink all day long and not be hung over the next day. I guess I will keep...
