I'll agree with everything above. When I bottle, Grog Tags add a nice finishing touch. Great quality, cool graphics and easily reusable. Only drawback is cost.

So the "mega ruby" has 30 gal kettles. I primarily brew 5 gal batches, but would like to do more 10 gal batches in the future. Does brewing 5 gals batches with such large kettles present any problems? It seems that being prepared to go bigger would be better than ordering a system that is...

Do you think you could get 5 kegs in the 7.0 CU FT with the CO2 inside? I'm looking at charts that indicate this is possible, but wanted your opinion based on this build. I like the smaller setup for indoor use, but would like to get as many faucets as possible.
