    Looks like it has dropped some. Perhaps it is very slowly fermenting? I somehow managed to not document what yeast I used though so I have to go to my LHBS to see which one it was.

    I just made my first batch of mozarella using a gallon of dairygold whole milk and it worked great. Smallish curds but they held together well and didn't seem to have the problems that UP is supposed to have. It goes on pizza this weekend.

    Everyday obsoleted terms...

    My TV has knobs still, 2-13 and UHF Of course it's older than I am. There are still lots of vacuum tubes out the too, and not just the ones dad collected, many guitar and bass amps still use them. How about floppy disk. Some of this is making be feel a little behind the times.
