    Dilution of fresh pressed apple juice.

    We have a homebrew cider day next week and I have 20 gallons of juice pressed that day. I have 2 fermenters and fermentation fridges that can take a spidiel 15 gallon fermenter (head space around 17 gallons.) I was thinking of diluting the 20 gallons of juice to give me 2 x 17 gallon batches...

    Hi. I have a recipe (Holiday Ale) that calls for 1lb honey but doesn't state at what phase of the brew to use it. What's the most common way to use honey In the boil (and for how long) Or into carboy prior to primary fermentation (after wort has been moved post cooling). Thanks...

    AG Kolsch Fermentation.

    Hi, First post. Just made my first AG batch a Kolsh, Just a question re fermenting for best results. 1) Primary @ 65 for 1 week (or until 1st FG) 2) Secondary @65 for 2 weeks. Then this is it gets a bit unclear for me. To lager or not?? Should I just bottle at this point...
