    Cloudy beer

    Hello gents, I brewed my first AG Belgian Blonde about 5 weeks ago, and just did a single fermentation. I just opened the first bottle to test the SG, and even for being young, its turned out AMAZING. My question though - it seems to have a lot of sediment roaming around in the bottle...

    Did i just poison myself?

    I just cleaned a couple 5 gal carboys with oxyclean to get all of that sticky crap left over from the blowoff, and I used about 4 scoops of oxyclean in each to do this. Then I read the ingestion warning on the back... Did I use too much and potentially make these carboys unsafe to use? Or will...

    You know you're a n00b when...

    ... when you have no clue how to clean out your blow off tubes and empty class carboys after they've been used. :confused: I'm clueless. Help!

    All right total n00b here, looking for help... I think I may have ruined my first batch from an error of omission; I think I may have left out a key ingredient when making my wort. Please tell me if everything below looks okay: 1) boiled my water (3 gallons) in a 5 gallon sanatized pot 2)...
