Well, Bell's finally announced the date for Wort pickup and Expo. Only real rules are that you must use their wort that they distribute for free at the expo. Keezer build!! (Collar style)

Well I managed to purchase 3 ball lock corny kegs of the 5 gallon variety for $75. I couldn't pass up the notion of getting 3 kegs for the price of one. They're currently pressurized so I believe they should function flawlessly. I then pulled the trigger and ordered a Kegco 2 tap kit w/tank and...

    Watery beer!?!?!?!?!?!

I set out to brew cream of three crops in a 10 gallon batch and what I produced is now carbonated water despite one of the most vigorous fermentations I've ever had. My plan is to go over all the steps and maybe include a pic or two and hopefully someone can tell me why this happened and if...

Replace M.O. with biscuit and Munich?

Had a thought to expand on BM's co3c with Maris Otter malt and some oats for a creamier, maltier beer. However, my dad loves the co3c and so I want to do a side by side comparison and here's my thoughts. 10 gallon mash of original cream of three crops recipe and split into two seperate boils...

    Am I mashing incorrectly?

Was watching some YouTube videos and they were discussing calculating water volume and some said 1qt/lb of grain and some said 1.5qt/lb and that's not what I do at all. I heat up 5 gallons of strike water and put it into the mash tun and once the mash is complete I run that to BK and then I...

    Bradley set-n-forget smoker?

Does anybody own this smoker? I have had some troubles finding a bunch of reviews on it...it seems to be of quality... The main con I see is that you have to use Bradley wood bisquettes, but that's not a deal breaker The sportsman guide has it for something like $404 and you can do the 4-pay...
