    Wow that's awhile. Since this yeast is a lager/ale hybrid thing it could really go lots of different ways depending on how you treat it. If mine turns out good with only a 3 week ferm, I may make another batch and age it longer before bottling.

    I have one in secondary. Gonna bottle this weekend. I did 2 lbs light DME, 3.3 lbs light LME and some steeping grains with White Labs cream ale yeast.

    Yesterday brewed a 5 gal batch of a cream ale recipe that I threw together on the fly after walking into LHBS. It's currently bubbling away in the mini fridge at 65F.

    Yeah thanks. It took me a summer of riding them back to back to finally decide. The 4 stroke is definitely easier to ride. But that YZ is so fun. I love the 2 stroke power when it pulls through the gears. But the 4T hooks up way better and handles like a dream. I wish they would do more...
