    South Carolina 1.75 gallon keg

I am honestly not sure. I will look for a PSI rating. Part of the reason I want to get rid of it is because my lack of knowledge on how to use it... also my wife complained when I had it in the fridge for my first batch.

I have this exact mini keg for sale. I have used it once. I am sticking with bottling and would like to get rid of it. Message or email me at [email protected] with a reasonable offer and it's yours. http://www.williamsbrewing.com/175-GALLON-KEG-INJECTOR-SYSTEM-P3334.aspx

Carbonation question - keg and bottles

I just got a 1.75 gallon mini keg. Most of my batch is going into the keg, but I will have a few bottles. I plan on naturally carbing. The keg calls for less sugar than carbing for bottles. Will there be any problem, with mixing the regular bottling amount of sugar to the whole batch and...

2.5 gallon mini draft system - question

Right - but does carbing in the keg require the same amount of sugar as the bottles?

2.5 gallon mini draft system - question

If I wanted to put half a brew in this and bottle the rest, would I have to carbonate them separate? Or could I just split the batch after I add the normal amount of bottling sugar?

2.5 gallon mini draft system - question

I assume I would have no problem fitting this one in the main fridge?

    Ferment bucket smell after cleaning....

Is it normal for the bucket to carry a slight smell of the previous brew? I've washed it thoroughly and I can't lose the smell. Is this normal?

Not enough boil off - question

I just hope it doesn't taste too watery. I think I started with 3.5 gallons. I will try to calculate my boil off rate tonight. Thanks for the tips.

Not enough boil off - question

I just bottled a 2.5 gallon brew and ended up with a good amount of beer left over. Probably 40-50 oz. I'm assuming I did not boil off enough. Will this ruin my beer?

    Neat fermenter...

Thanks guys. Will definitely stick with my current setup.

    Neat fermenter...

Very good point about adding sugar. Didn't think about that. I have a spigot on a bucket in my current setup, I just transfer from the fermenter to it.

    Neat fermenter...

Currently I siphon from my fermenter to a bottling bucket, this fermemter could eliminate that step. This is for 2-2.5 gallon batches, which is what I've been doing anyways. Thinking about trying it out. What do you guys think? Has anybody ever tried this...

    Partial Mash to all-grain

Sounds like the only additional equipment I will need is a mash tun. Would it be best to try out a BIAB first?

    Partial Mash to all-grain

I may have explained it wrong. I wasn't talking about doing a partial boil. I was wanting to cut a recipe in half and just do a 2.5 gallon batch.
