    Time fermenting?

    How long should a cider with an OG of 1.072 take to ferment? It's been active for over 2 weeks now...Active meaning on average a bubble appears somewhere between once every 5 seconds to once every 15 seconds depending on the temperature of the house.

    Incredibly slow fermentation

    I pitched some champagne yeast into my cider on the 21st of February. Now it's bubbling, but VERY slowly - about one bubble through the airlock every minute or minute and a half. The hydrometer reading hasn't changed at all... The temperature is ranges from 60-70 degrees. I live in southern CA...
