I updated mine, weights were right, costs didn't reflect the change in bag reduction. Also cleaned up the fruit portion but not sure if anyone was actually buying any. Thanks again for putting this all together Tre!

Ok, Mr. Mendick, I am guessing you are Tom on the sheet? Ill go ahead and add half a bag to each of our orders. Edit: Tom, would you like to also split my bag of Vienna? Not sure that I need a full bag.

How many pounds are you guys hoping to get? I am hoping to do a brew soon, and just curious how long you guys thought it would be, I know it is tough to guess, so was hoping maybe to get a poundage goal.

I would like to just make people aware of the new store open in Elkhorn. I am not exactly sure on their prices, by they looked pretty competitive if people need a bag or so to get by.

Gretna High school was a cornfield when I was in elementary school. It became a middle school, then a high school. I attended the current middle school as a high school for 1 year, that building sucked.

Being from Gretna originally I find this hilarious, it is amazing how much they have grown. I used to live in Devonshire for what its worth.

So if I am doing a 50/50 split with base grains it will convert for me anyway? I have only made all grain batches that are basically smash or very little other grains besides base. Thanks for your help!:mug:

Please excuse my ignorance, but are both of the Briess White wheat and red wheat grains malted? I am assuming yes, but I wanted to make sure. Also I am looking at making a wheat beer with 50% MO and 50% wheat malt, is there any real difference between red and white? My research tells me not...

Have you used their hops before? I talked with them and they said $20/pound for cascade. A little higher than I might be able to find, but I feel supporting local growers would be worth it.

Where to Fill CO2 and propane in Omaha

Hey all, I've had access for a while to get my CO2 for about a buck a pound, and a buck a gallon for propane, it was through a family member who will have greatly reduced access to those now. Where does everyone fill their CO2 and propane?
