    I finished my first beer and am very happy with it. Now, I am wondering how long 47 bottles can sit before being refrigerated and consumed. I know I do not have to put everything in the fridge and drink it now, but how long are they good not refrigerated? I hope this makes sense.

    I didn't taste the sample, was not sure if you could or not. This was a dry yeast in the brewers best kit.

    OG was 1.043 and FG was 1.011. It is about 67 degrees and dark where I am fermenting.

    Hey folks. I am new to the forum and new to brewing all together. I started my first beer (Red Ale by Brewers Best) a little over a week ago. I got a good OG reading and moved to primary fermentation. This is where I got confused, as I did not see an overwhelming amount of bubbles coming through...
