    Cloudy Ale Low Alcohol Content!

    My stuff is typically pretty cloudy for the first 2 to 3 weeks. As for the low alcohol content, depending on how long you've let it go for secondary fermentation, I've added more sugar (I use only white sugar) and given it a stir.
