    ive done both, and can say "i dont see a difference".......my hydrometer tells me so.

    99 bottles of beer on the wall

    about 80 gallons bottled, either conditioned, or conditioning.....10 in secondary, and another 10 fermenting.........brewing another 10 today.:mug: my backyard is the atlantic.....makes it hard to brew come winter, gotta stock up now.

    not 100% sure on this one, but you should just be able to switch regulators.....id check with a fireplace shop,theyd know for sure

    im with jeff, i use a wing capper with twist offs, and it works just fine. ive got the plastic capper, and a steel one, i prefer the steel one. ive only snapped a handfull of bottle necks.

    First All-Grain... A learning experience I hope

    it actually took me 3 batches to get a drinkable AG beer, i think i was trying to accomplish too much for my first 2 tries, on the 3rd, i wasnt worried about efficientcy, and it worked out pretty good. i just took alot of notes, and made sure my watr volumes, and temps were good, and everything...
