    I used regular cane sugar a few times and didn't notice off flavors. I used 2 tsps per bottle. I use dextrose now.

    I have large clumps in the bottom of my fermenter. I used whirlfloc for the first time and this is the first time I saw this in my fermenter. Is it the result of whirlfloc?

    Made a cream stout and the carbonation isn't consistent (conditioned almost 3 weeks). This is my 5th batch but the first time something went wrong. Used melted corn suger at the bottom of my bottling bucket. Should I have stirred?
