    Is there a noticeable difference in taste? I've only ever used white wheat but I can get a sack of red wheat for a good price.

    Anyone ever make one? My brother brought over a case of it that he had bought and of course everyone loved it and now wants me to make some. Problem is, I have no idea how to do it. It tasted like a very good root beer but I think it was around 7% ABV though you couldn't tell by the taste.

    Bubble gum flavor

    Any idea what causes this? I brewed a Bass Ale clone using WLP007. I Pitched at 65f and slowly let it come up to 68f. It was in primary for 4 weeks before I kegged it. The first time I brewed this recipe it turned out perfect and I brewed this one exactly the same.

    2 different yeast starters from the same slurry
