    Started a new batch of Hard Cider at 7:45am so this is first fermentation already getting bubbles an airlock action

    Cider brewed 2 week ago

    Well I brewed the cider 2weeks ago so I will rack it tomorrow. How long before it's ready to drink? 2-4 more weeks or more?

    First batch

    This is my first batch of cider. I made a gal. But I am worried that it is not going to turn out. I used a whole pack of yeast. It is bubbling well and the cider looks cloudy. This is day two show I pore it out and start over or let it go?
