    More than a 5gal batch....a few bottles, most keg?

    So no need to use a secondary? Just throw some tabs in and be done?

    How do you guys handle the volumes greater than 5gal? I have the 5gal corny, but would hate to waste the leftovers. Do you guys transfer this leftover volume to a secondary then bottle, or do you go straight to bottles? I'm using this recipe...
