    first batch - "double nut" brown

    here's what the receipt calls for. Does it sound like I'd get a nut brown ale from this? What can I increase to taste a little closer to the mammon double nut: Honey Nut Brown 6lbs Amber Malt Extract 2lbs Crushed 60L caramel malt 1lbs honey malt 2oz Golding Hops 3/4c. Corn Sugar

    Hi Everyone, Brand new brewer here and I've chosen to make a variation of a honey nut brown ale. My local brew supply place has a generic receipt that I am using as my start. I really like the Mammoth double nut ale, so I want to add whatever it takes to get it a little closer to that...
