    Skeeter Pee

We have been making Skeeter margaritas all day. Just a handful of ice cubes, an egg white, and piss from the keg, all in the vitamix. Super frothy summer yum yum. Anyone else doing this? Any variations I should try? Girlfriend is sideways......great summer drink.

How long do YOU cellar beers?

1-3 years average. I cellar Bigfoot the most, because of it's affordability, and how much I appreciate it with a year on it. I also cellar Abyss and Jubelale every year and do flights when we have parties. Jubelale gets super weird after 2 years. There are some old old ones lingering I just...

10 Barrel Bought by the Evil Empire

Exactly, 10B was never about the beer anyways, strictly capitalism. (which is fine) It's not some brewery like Crux, where a seasoned brewmaster want to expand he creativity and do it his own way. Most locals go to 10b for the atmosphere and the amazing food, not so much the beer. I'm no inbev...

    What are you drinking now?

Ginger ale that has been in the bottle 2 years. One of my best brews of all time. With this much age, all the ginger flavor is gone, but the heat remains. Bland and spicy...dumping it.

    Rum

My top 2... Ron zacapa is excellent. Pampero aniversario is another great rum but of a different breed, very oaky, and overpowering. a sipper.

Heinekin dark recipie ( not dark lager)

Are you sure the heineken you used to enjoy was ale? Perhaps they just neglected to mention 'lager' on the bottle back when.

    fizzy kombucha?

No need to pasteurize or refrigerate unless you like it sweeter than terminal gravity. just prime to your desired co2 level and store at room temp. If sweet is your thing, It's easy enough to add a splash of juice or 'sweet of choice' to the glass, when pouring out of bottle. Booch is not...

    Yerba Mate kombucha

I did 4 tablespoons raw Yerbe mate, 1 cup cane sugar per gallon. Full boil, tea and sugar at flameout. Removed tea bags 8 hrs later. Bottled after 3 weeks. notes: I did 3g batch, tasted great after 2 weeks, let it go 3 because I like vinegar notes. Bottled in swingtops still, no priming or...

    Kegged mead to early

Made mead 8 months ago, og 1.071. Kegged 2 days ago . Just tasted it, way too sweet. It did not finish. What are my options? I am considering putting it back in carboy, degassing, and adding yeast. Would rather just try that in the keg, but I've never heard of such thing.
