    When can I?

    A couple of my wines are now finnished. I added the fermentation stopper / campden tablet and finings yesterday and the wine is now really clear. Just wondering how soon after adding the campden tables etc I have to wait before I can have a drink?? :drunk: Cheers

    Is it ok to stop it from fermenting now? and then let it sit for a few months? I have the OG written on a notepad somewhere, when I find it I will post it up.

    Can anyone hazard a guess at how long I need to wait before this will be drinkable. This is the first cider I have ever made, so I am unsure of how long I need to wait in the primary stage and also if there is any need for a secondary? Any info would be great.
