    Oxyclean works great. Soak for about an hour, glue and all will come off !

    Do you think you will hit your alcohol ?Imperial shouts usually require a high gravity yeast, extra sugar or a lot more grain.

    You will get more honey flavor by adding honey malt, actual honey doesn't hold its flavor much through fermentation.

    We made a mango IPA, using mango puree in secondary. Used one 40 ounce can per 5 gallon batch.

    Can my Imperial Stout be saved?

    When we make Imperial Stout, the grain bill is huge, but we also add some post sweetening...molasses and honey, to amp up the alcohol. And it will most likely not be ready in 8 weeks...ours didn't even get a good carbonation before 12... We have a spreadsheet that helps calculate all of that.
