    Kegging to Bottles Question

    I have force carbed a beer and it's ready to be bottled but I don't have a counter pressure bottler filler. Can you just take the keg off the co2 release the pressure take the top off the keg and rack it into bottles and cap? Will the beer still be carbonated or should I get myself a counter...

    Corny Keg Question

    When I charge a keg do I leave the gas going? Or just jack it open to 30 psi and then turn off the gas? I'm new to this whole kegging thing....I can hear hissing also from my regulator but when I spray on soapy water nothing bubbles is this normal? Thanks

    Man Did I Get Jacked....

    But there is nothing I can do..paid $30 CND to get my 5lb co2 bottle filled....simply wooooowzerz...but praxair wanted $40 so I went to the cheaper fire safety place as people advised. Now I read that people pay half that for a 5lb co2....hopefully I don't have any leaks.

    Ok, so when your ready to move from primary to secondary I can just pore my new wort over the left over sludge in the bottom of my bucket? Or do you have to leave some liquid at the bottom? I'm about to move my IPA and make a red ale. I used wyeast 1056. Is it better to just do the yeast washing...

    Fermentation In The Airlock

    Just wondering if it's safe to switch an airlock while it's fermenting. Had the fermenting come up into the airlock but luckily didn't bubble over or blow off the airlock...Just wonder if anyone else has had this happen to them and what did you do?
